MH370: Second pulse detected in hunt for missing Malaysia Airlines plane

A Chinese ship searching for the missing Malaysia Airlines plane has detected a pulse signal for a second time, Australian co-ordinators say. Air Chief Marshal Angus Houston called the discovery in the southern Indian Ocean an "important and encouraging lead" but warned that there was no confirmation of a link to flight MH370. He told reporters that the second signal was monitored for about 90 seconds and was detected less than 2 km (1.2 miles) from the original. Phil Mercer reports from Sydney.
